Confessions of a Clumsy Scot

I'm from Scotland, and I'm pretty clumsy. Go figure!

The December Book challenge Day 9, a book of short stories.

So my theory behind this is a little different and this is actually a book I have not read. But hear me out.

I bought this book for a friend.

A few months ago, a friend, Sam, had a pretty serious car accident and spent almost three months in hospital. I happened to be passing and I decided to go and pay him a little visit.

Sams job is actually a storyteller. He has an amazing page called Snooze with Sam (I will leave his links below). He creates wonderful stories that allow your mind to drift into the story. Maybe you struggle to fall asleep? Or maybe you just need to relax your mind. Sam’s stories are for you!

During his time in hospital, it did mean Sam was unable to work, or create these amazing stories.

When I went shopping to get him a little gift, I saw this book and it just reminded me of him so I had to get it for him. Growing up I adored Roald Dahl and I just hope Sam got a laugh out of this wonderful little book just like I did when I saw it.

Thankfully Sam is back home now and back to creating amazing stories at his own pace, although he’s got a long way to go before his life can be normal again so if you fancy a listen or want to support this amazing creator, here is where you can find him!
